Student Life

Another distinctive feature of a residential liberal arts college experience are the daily, varied opportunities to learn outside the classroom – through service learning projects, alternative spring breaks, clubs that enrich campus and in some cases compete nationally, and a variety of opportunities to explore interests and try out ideas.
Our students are also frequently winners of national and international awards such as the Watson Fellowships, Fulbright Scholarships and the Truman Scholarship, among others. Along with campus honors, the strong campus life programs at these residential colleges helps produce graduates who use their experiences throughout their careers and lives.
